Private $200 per appointment From $140 per visit with New Client Intro Special - 3 Privates pass
Many people find that they prefer private sessions to group classes as they feel more comfortable in the intimate environment of a one-on-one session. Often clients feel that they benefit more from undivided attention and a program of exercises specifically designed and prescribed for their individual needs. Some Group Class clients also supplement their workouts with occasional privates to make sure they are working properly or to get deeper into the practice.
Semi-Private $150 per appointment From $100 per visit with 10 Semi-Privates pass
Semi-private instruction (also known as Duets) is a cost effective way to experience personal movement training. You get the same personalized attention, but at a slightly lower rate and with the added bonus of feeling motivated by working out with a buddy.
Classes
Group Class $75 per class From $55 per visit with 10 Group Classes pass Purchase required to enroll
The class specializes in classical Pilates using Reformer/Tower and Chair, as well as essential release work to protect our muscles. Modifications are provided as needed in the mixed level class. Group class option is a cost-effective way to incorporate Pilates based movements into your fitness routine.
